U.S Domestic Orders:

Online orders are processed via our secure, encrypted, shopping cart. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
 
We ship Monday through Friday except for major U.S. holidays. (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) Orders received before 10:00 am (Pacific Time) will usually ship that day, Monday – Friday. Orders received on the weekend will ship on Monday, or the next business day. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) might not ship until the following business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
 
We ship most U.S. Neera™ Natural orders by FedEx Ground, FedEx Home or FedEx Express . Our wellness products generally ship by USPS Priority Mail.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Box and military APO orders, we ship by USPS Priority Mail.
Small orders like booklets, cayenne pepper, and supplements will also ship by USPS.

FedEx Ground transit times vary according to your distance from northern California. Please review the shipping map to determine the approximate transit time to your location. Shipping prices are automatically calculated within the shopping cart during checkout.

FedEx Ground and Express works Monday through Friday, except FedEx Home Delivery which works Tuesday through Saturday. For example, a FedEx 2 Day Air shipment leaving our facility on Thursday will arrive on Monday, except for major holidays. A FedEx Standard Overnight package ordered on Thursday after 11 am, or on Friday before 11 am, will not arrive until the following Monday. Overnight packages ordered after 11 am on Friday will not ship until Monday, and will arrive Tuesday.

International Orders:

International Orders: We currently accept orders only from the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico. Other US Protectorates are also acceptable. Canadian customers may order through the link of the Canadian flag on our order page which will take you to our Canadian distributor. Orders to Puerto Rico and Guam ship by USPS Priority Mail (6-8 days). We may ship internationally to other countries not covered by a distributor, using USPS Global Express Mail. Returns & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with the Neera™ Natural Detox and Cleansing Lifestyle Plan. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the time you receive your order. If you don’t like the taste of the drink, you may return the unused portion of the can.
We do our best to package our products safely to prevent damage, but occasionally a box will get banged up during shipping. If this should happen to your package and the contents are damaged, please call us for instructions. Generally, we have the shipping company pick up the damaged package to return to us. We will gladly replace the damaged items.

All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to be accepted. Please EMAIL us or call (925) 961-1111 or (888) 961-1121 for return authorization.

After you have received the RMA, please pack the items carefully and try to use the original packaging if possible. Please insure your shipment, as lost and damaged shipments are the sender’s responsibility. Upon receipt of the return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We do not refund any shipping charges.
